Booking fee, Cancellation and Refund Policy

A 50% booking fee is required to secure your booking. Booking fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation policy is upheld. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice may have the booking fee refunded or applied as a credit toward a future appointment. If you wish to receive a refund of the booking fee, you must send a message, as refunds must be processed manually. If no request is made, the booking fee will automatically be converted to a credit and may be applied to your next appointment. No refunds are issued for any service once full payment has been made.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you must contact me directly by message, as changes cannot be made online during this period. Any cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, which must be paid again in order to rebook.

No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

Any no-shows will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay a fee, which must be paid before booking any future appointments.

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals with Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, will forfeit their booking fee, and will be required to pay the full amount of the booked service, which must be settled prior to rebooking.

Illness Policy

If you are unwell or become unwell prior to your appointment, please reschedule your appointment via the online booking platform. If your appointment is within the 24-hour period, you must contact me directly via the number provided in your confirmation message. As I am home-based, attending your appointment while unwell places myself, my family, and other clients at risk. For the health and safety of all parties, please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell.

Any fees must be paid before rebooking.

Communication Policy

If you require a prompt response, including for appointment rescheduling or to notify me of your arrival, please contact me directly via the phone number provided in your confirmation message. Messages sent via Instagram or Facebook may receive slower responses during busy periods, so please be patient.

Appointment Policy

As I am an independent, home-based artist, I do not accept walk-ins. Please ensure you attend your appointment alone, unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved in advance.

The balance owing at the appointment must be paid by cash or card. Please note that all card and EFTPOS payments incur a small processing fee charged by the payment provider. To avoid this fee, payment may be made via cash, bank transfer, or PayID.

Service Time Policy

When booking your chosen service, please ensure you allow sufficient time for the service to be completed properly. No service will be rushed, as I take expert care and pride in providing high-quality results for every client. If insufficient time is booked and the service cannot be completed correctly, the full service price will still be charged.
